Daen is a degree-qualified Nutritionist and Personal Trainer from Australia based in Hackney, East London. Graduate from Endeavour College of Natural Health and FIAFitnation in Sydney.
After spending several years working in the hospitality and gaming industries, Daen decided he wanted more from a career; he wanted to help people.
With the steady rise of “lifestyle” diseases, such as type 2 diabetes and obesity, nutrition and physical activity seemed to be the obvious solution. Daen wanted to make a difference in people’s lives, so he decided to equip himself with the tools to do so.
